JTW RECORDING was established in 2003, in Milwaukee, WI. It has since become one of the Midwest’s top tier recording studios, specializing in producing and mixing. It features a comfortable environment with state of the art analogue gear including equipment like Neve Mic Pres, Neumann Mics, tons of analogue compressors, 20+ different tube guitar amps, and much more! Music produced/mixed/written at JTW Recording can be heard on the Billboard charts, national radio, major TV networks like ESPN, The Speed Channel, as well as on many record label releases. You can also find JTW Recording bands in major music publications like AP, Amp, Revolver, Hails & Horns, and etc…

Mixing/Producing/Song Writing Experience:

At JTW Recording, we have the producing experience to take your project to the next level. We have many years of experience producing and writing in genres like metal, rock, pop, dance core, hip hop, rap, techno, acoustic, etc. We have developed many bands/concepts and have helped them further their careers. We have also written songs for all types of licensing avenues. For example, we wrote the Atlanta Falcons Theme Song (performed by Sevendust) as well as have placed songs in all sorts of major networks.

We also pride ourselves on the versatility of our mixes. We can mix nearly any genre to commercial standard. We have extensive experience mixing everything from death metal to the most indie pop/rock so we can meet the needs of whatever your project requires. Clients describe our mixes and huge, deep, powerful, open, with lots of depth and punch. We mix mostly on high end analogue outboard gear. You simply cannot get the feel and depth in your mixes using only plugins that you can mixing analogue. We are also constantly upgrading our outboard gear selection to provide some of the best sounding equipment ever made to our clients!
